RECIPES
FRENCH 75
- 30ml 57 Magic Gin
- 15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml simple syrup
- 90ml Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
- Garnish: lemon twist
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CHAMPAGNE HOLIDAY PUNCH
- 1 1/2 cups 57 Magic Gin
- 1 cup Champagne
- 1/2 cup Cointreau
- 1 cup club soda
- 3/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 8 dashes Old Fashioned bitters
- Garnish: pineapple slice
- Garnish: star anise pods
- Garnish: grated nutmeg
Add a large block of ice into a punch bowl, or 2 cups of ice cubes. Add the genever, Champagne, Cointreau, club soda, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters into the bowl and stir gently to combine. Garnish with pineapple slices, whole star anise pods and grated nutmeg.

- 1 cup Champagne

- 1 splash club soda. chilled
- Garnish: mint sprig
In a julep cup, muddle the simple syrup and mint leaves. Add the genever and gin, then fill the cup with crushed or pellet ice. Top with the club soda and stir until combined. Garnish with a mint sprig.

In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup and lime juice. Add the gin, ginger beer and ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

- 22,5ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 52,5ml 57 Magin Gin
- 30ml Audrey Saunders’ ginger beer
- Garnish: mint sprig
